Drinking water is only way to quench your thrust, and it is equally important to have eight glasses of water every day. But do you know there are some situations where you must avoid drinking water.
Don't drink water before going bed, because it may interrupt your sleep, at mid night you may have to go pee and take longer to fall asleep again. Here is also a reason why you should not drink water before going bed, and that is your kidneys work slower at night in comparison to the daytime. So now avoid drinking water before going bed.
Never drink excessive water during workout, when you work out the temperature of your body increases causes you to feel hot, but drinking too much water to cool down your body can cause you electrolyte depletion. So always avoid to drink excessive amount of water during work out you can have just one or two sips.
Don't drink water while having meal or just after meal it can cause indigestion. If you want proper digestion than don't drink water while having meal. Drinking excessive amount of water can also cause you many problems like it can increase amount of sodium in your body, drinking excessive amount of water can also effect your kidneys.
