15 de seeded black dates

1/4 cup -coconut milk

1 tablespoon - almonds

1 dash green cardamom powdered

2 cup - milk

1 tablespoon - cashews

1 tablespoon - ghee


> Soak dates in 1/2 cup of warm milk for 20-30 mins. Then grind the soaked dates into smooth paste by adding milk used for soaking.

> Bring milk to boil. Once it starts boiling, lower the flame and add the dates mixture.

> Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cook the mixture for 7-8 minutes or until you get the desired consistency.

> Add chopped cashews and almonds, cardamom powder and coconut milk. Mix all the ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame and serve the Dates Kheer warm or chilled.
