10) CV Raman - CV Raman is one of India's great scientist who conducted a thorough study on the light and in 1954 he was also awarded Bharat Ratna. Teacher's Day is celebrated on 5th September in India, on the same day CV Raman was born.

9) Homi Jahangir Bhabha - Homi Jahangir Bhabha is said to be the father of nuclear energy of India. As far as India's nuclear sector is going on the credit goes to Homi Jahangir Bhabha. He laid the foundations of Bhabha Atomic Center in India, Today India has joined the countries with nuclear energy and weapons both.

8) S Chandrasekhar - S. Chandrashekhar has contributed a lot to physics. You will be surprised to know that S Chandrasekhar was the nephew of CV Raman and he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1983 and along with a scientist as well as a skilled teacher. He wrote several books on the solar system and astronomy, for whom he is known today.

Your list is biased and actually a pack of lies. Granted that most of these men have contributed to the world. But H J Bhabha, V A Sarabhai, Dhawan and Kalam contributed tatti to the world. They are "world famous" only IN india - not abroad. By listing them here, you have insulted the others who have genuinely contributed to MANKIND. Writers like you mix up facts just to gain followers and spread calumny and canard. Sala kutta ka najaisz bachcha!
