That's why you should never fall asleep with a charger in bed ( Danger! )

We do not need sociological data to agree that modern people are too addicted to their smartphones. Lots of zombies with smartphones in their hands, pointlessly and constantly checking for updates on social networks, and all the time being in search of not only wi-fi, but also places of recharging. Many people also like to look at their smartphones before going to bed, and actually sleep in bed with their phones on charge. 

Newton's Fire Department, New Hampshire, USA, posted a post on Facebook where it provided evidence that sleeping with charging in bed can be a very bad idea

And especially if you put the charging cord under the covers, as many do.

"Studies have shown that 53% of children and adolescents put their phone or tablet in bed or under a pillow. This can be very dangerous."

“The heat from charging cannot dissipate, and it begins to heat up more and more. As a result, the pillow or bed may catch fire.”

And this is especially true for Apple's chargers, which tend to break unexpectedly for no reason. The company has billions of dollars, and they can not make high-quality durable charging cables.

It’s also worth keeping an ear on if you are the owner of cheap charger, which is even better off when you are not charging your smartphone or tablet. 

There are other dangers associated with using your phone before bedtime.

This is very hard on the production of melatonin by your body and fools your brain, because of which you can not fall asleep for a long time. This affects the recovery and your well-being tomorrow very badly, and in the case of children, it also affects their development.

Therefore, scientists recommend stopping contact with smartphones about 1.5 hours before bedtime.
