New Traffic rule in India!

NEW TRAFFIC RULE IN INDIA : September 1, the government of India has pass new traffic Motor Vehicles Act[ MVA ].The new rules or chalan are as under:-

Drving vehicles without license – Rs 5,000

Driving without license – Rs 5,000

Drunken driving – Rs 1000 or 3 month imprisoment

Oversize vehicles - Rs 5,000

Vehicle without permit - upto Rs 5,000

Speeding/Racing - Rs 5,000

Without seat Bealt - Rs 1,000

Drving Without Helmet - Rs 1,000 or 3 month imprisonment

Penalty for offences relating to accident – First Time – fine up to Rs 5,000 and/or imprisonment of 6 months; second Time- fine up to Rs 10,000 and/or imprisonment of 1 year

Driving without insurance - Rs 2,000
