Today is the last date to apply for the NEET UG 2020

NEET UG 2020: Attention candidates, today is the last date for the online registration process of the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) 2020 (NEET (UG) - 2020). Interested candidates can visit the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) i.e. ntaneet.nic.in and can register themselves. As per the notification released earlier, December 31, 2019, will be the last date to apply for NEET-UG 2020.

NEET UG 2020: Steps to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. ntaneet.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link which says 'fill the application form'
Step 3: A new page will appear
Step 4: Read the information carefully click on ' Proceed to Apply Online NEET (UG) 2020'
Step 5: Fill up the application form in the prescribed format
Step 6: Pay the application fee and upload all the required documents
Step 7: Click on the submit option.

NEET UG 2020: Details

The NEET 2020 exam will be conducted by NTA on May 3, 2020. The NTA NEET is held for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental & other Colleges/ Institutes in India.

The responsibility of the NTA is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and for providing an "All India Rank Merit List" to the Directorate General Health Service, Government of India for the conduct of counselling for 15 percent All India Quota Seats and for providing the result to States/other Counselling Authorities.

NEET UG 2020: Application fees

  • General (UR): Rs 1500
  • General-EWS/OBC(NCL): Rs 1400
  • C/ST/PwD/Transgender : Rs 800

NEET UG 2020: Photographs, Signature, Left-hand thumb impression, and Class 10th Certificate requirements

  • The Scanned image of the Passport size Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG/JPEG format and Image size should be between 10Kb to 200Kb
  • The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG/JPEG format and Image size should be between 4Kb to 30Kb
  • The Scanned image of Left-Hand Thumb Impression of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10Kb to 50Kb" The Scanned image of Class 10th Certificate of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 100Kb to 300Kb
  • The Scanned image of Post Card size Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 50Kb to 300Kb.
