If you aren't aware of the meaning of the mantra, we'll do the honours. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is a Sanskrit Mantra to radiate the feeling of love and happiness towards the world.

"May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all." This is what Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu translates to.
