Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation is however very necessary just like exercise is necessary for our body.
Just like exercise is necessary to keep our body physically fit and to feel active and to stay healthy similarly meditation is also very necessary for our body to relax and to stay low-key that will make our body energetic and regular meditation can make human body stronger, the person who used to meditate on daily basis will started to have control on his emoticons and his sleep and on focussing on what decision to take.
