Gluten-free Polenta Halwa Recipe
500 gm - polenta
.5 gm - saffron
100 gm - ghee
750 ml - milk
50 gm mixed dry fruits
> To prepare this dessert recipe, take a heavy-bottomed pan and put it over the low flame. When hot add ghee to it along with gluten-free polenta. Stir continuously to roast until it is aromatic and brown in colour.
> Now, take another pan and add 250 ml of milk, ripe bananas and saffron in it. Mash bananas well in milk to adjust the consistency of it. Add this mixture to the roasted polenta and keep stirring without forming lumps.
> Then, add remaining milk and stir well. Keep stirring until its consistency is adjusted as per your desire. Turn off the flame and remove. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
