Ingredients:

Sprouted Moth beans - 2 cups

Water - 6 cup

Salt - to taste

Haldi - ½ tsp

For Masala -

Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp

Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp

Cinnamon - 1 inch

Cloves - 10 pieces

Stone flower / Dagad Fool - 2

Peppercorn - ½ tbsp

Star anise - 1

Saunf - 1 tsp

Oil - ½ tsp

Desiccated coconut - ¼ cup

15 cloves garlic

Red chilli kashmiri - 4-5 tbsp

Blended with ¼ cup coriander leaves

Water

For Matki Chi Usal

1 tbsp oil

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds - ½ tsp

Curry leafs - 1 sprig

Onion - 2 medium

Salt - as per taste

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Tomato - 1

Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

For Rassa and Kat together

Oil - 4 tbsp

Mustard - 1 tsp

Cumin - ½ tsp

Curry leafs - 1 sprig

Onion - 1 large

Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp

Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tsp

Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Chopped Tomato - ½

Jaggery - 1 small piece / 1 tsp

To Serve -

Farsan, Chopped Coriander, Nylon Sev, Chopped Onion, Pav and Yogurt(optional)
