Blueberry and Banana Quinoa Cereal Recipe
1/2 cup - quinoa
1/2 cup - blueberry
1 cup water
> To make this delectable breakfast recipe, place a saucepan over medium heat, add water and quinoa and bring the mixture to a boil. Stir continuously. Once boiled, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the quinoa to sit for 15-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed and quinoa becomes fluffy.
> Meanwhile, take the banana, peel it and with the help of a fork, mash it.
> Once the quinoa is ready, i.e. there isn't any excess water in the pan, transfer the quinoa to a bowl, add the mashed banana and blueberries.
> Mix well and serve immediately.
